Founded in 1917 by the great educationist and philanthropist, Rai Kedar Nath, Ramjas College is one of the oldest colleges of Delhi. Beginning from the humble precincts of Darya Ganj in Old Delhi, the College today boasts of a spacious campus, state-of-the-art infrastructure and an esteemed faculty of scholars trained at leading universities in India and abroad.

At Ramjas, we believe in holistic education that goes beyond achieving academic excellence, and vocational training. Our philosophy is to realize the overall intellectual, creative, cultural and socio-political growth and development of both the students and the college community in its entirety. INFRASTRUCTURE

The infrastructure of the college is satisfactory; the college has well-equipped labs, a library, and lawns. The college also offers sports opportunities to its students, as it has a huge sports complex on the playground. The college also provides free gym facilities. There is a medical room to assist students. The library is one of the most helpful places in the college, holding a number of books, reference materials, and access to online journals and websites. It is air-conditioned. The college canteen is average, since there are few food options available.

 

PLACEMENTS

Generally, there are fewer placements in our course, and the student generally do not participate in the placement procedure. Most students opts out for Higher education at national and international universities. But there is a placement cell at the college, openly providing placement drives and internship opportunities to students across the college. Most of the companies participating in the placements are EY, Nestled, Accenture, etc. The average package offered is around 3 to 4 LPA.

 

ADMISSION

Ramjas College admissions 2024 are open. The college offers admission to UG & PG courses through a valid Common University Entrance Test (CUET) exam conducted by NTA. Aspirants, willing to apply for Ramjas College admission 2024 must register themselves for CUET UG/ CUET PG exams and appear for the same for respective courses. Ramjas College offers BA, BSc and BCom courses at the UG level and MSc, MA, etc., at PG level under the the affiliation of Delhi University.
