India to host World Coffee Conference in Bengaluru from Sept 25

The 5th World Coffee Conference (WCC), hosted by India in Bengaluru from September 25 to 28, will welcome participants from over 80 nations. This marks the first instance of the event being held in Asia. Hoped to foster innovative opportunities and markets, the conference heavily emphasizes the pivotal role of coffee farmers in the production chain. The theme for this event is "Sustainability through Circular Economy and Regenerative Agriculture." Alongside conferences and exhibitions, the event includes skill-building workshops, forum for CEOs & global leaders, and a growers' conclave. Tennis player Rohan Bopanna has been named as its brand ambassador, and the International Coffee Organization (ICO) and the Coffee Board of India will co-organize the event.
