MASI Portal for Monitoring CHILD CARE HOMES

The 'MASI' application, short for Monitoring App for Seamless Inspection, is developed by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) for real-time supervision of Child Care Institutions (CCIs) and their review procedures countrywide. Its purpose is to regulate the inspection method for CCIs as defined under the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015. It serves as a common platform for inspections of all CCIs, offering real-time updates through a monitoring portal. The Child Welfare Committee (CWC) also has a vital role in overseeing the growth, treatment, and rehabilitation of children requiring care and attention. The current chairman of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights is Priyank Kanoongo.
