The Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET) 2024, formerly known as CUCET, is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for undergraduate admissions in over 300 universities across India. The exam is scheduled to take place between May 15 and May 31, 2024.

What is CUET?

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG - 2024) has been introduced to facilitate admissions to undergraduate programs in all Central Universities for the academic session 2023-24 under the Ministry of Education (MoE).

CUET replaces multiple entrance examinations with a single test, aligning with the New Education Policy (NEP 2020), emphasizing the need for an entrance test for university admissions. Students aspiring for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Central universities must undergo the CUET (Common University Entrance Test), a fully computer-based MCQ test where each question carries 5 marks, with a penalty of -1 for incorrect answers.

 

CUET examination is segregated into sections and Exam pattern:
